My GC is getting process based on the EB1/L1 and here are my case details…
PD: 05/03/99
RD: 10/5/99
ND: 10/15/99
I am almost in the final stage of the GC processing. Please note that my I-140 was processed based on the company transfer L1 and EB1. Now the problem is our company may close the overseas office. If they do that what will happen to my GC processing? Do I have to start everything again?
