GC processing for my 23 year old daughter

I am a H1-B holder. I applied I-140 for me and I-485,EAD's for my whole family(me, my wife and my 23 years old Daughter) in 2007 July-Aug Quota. My daughter got F-1 Visa in 2007 and she is currently pursuing MBA. We all got the EAD's last month including my daughter and my I-140 is in pending.

Will my 23 year old daughter get a Green Card or will it be denied of age factor?
