GC Process!!!

I have a general GC question. Does anybody know whether GC can be done by individuals themselves without the aid of employers or family. Any advice is appreciated.

You may try Political Assylum. If you can arrange proper documents.
OR
You may marry citizen person
OR
You can be arranged for enough fund(I think 1 Million dollors) for establishing business in USA, they may give you GC.
OR
you can be world figure or celebrity kind of, they can give you.

I will do some research and share it with the forum. One of my friend inquired with me about this process. Even though I got GC under employment category I was not aware of any self petition channel. So I am trying to find some details.
