I think you should post more info then if any company or employee of company finds that they can hire you and have the LC approved then only they will be interested.
Post the info:
Are you on project? Till what time
Are you ready to transfer H1b with other company?
What is your job title, what are your skills, what is your education and exp?
If anybody has an offer for you then check about the company from current employees and past employees. Ask the copy of approved LC (DOL approved letter + ETA 750A and ETA750B then go to lawyer and find if your education and EXP asked on LC meets the requirements and you are eligible for LC substitution. Also take in writing from the employer that particular LC has NOT been used for other employee.
