GC pending for parents - travelling

Hi,

I am in the process of filing for immigration of my parents. I would like to check somethign before I file for the application though.

I have a dual pakistani-american citizenship. My parents both got a 5 year multiple entry US visa back in June of 2006 and they are at this time back in Pakistan. If I file for their immigration, will they be able to travel on their tourist visa while their immigrant visa application is pending??
