GC Interview Seattle DO

I have questions guys,
1.How can i schedule infopass Do?pls describe it clearly.
2.when I have to start worry about my case?because the interview was 11/05/2008.i didn't hear anything until now it is really too late or i have to wait for couples of weeks to worry about my case?
3.At the time of the interview the officer he didn't ask as that much question about our relation and he took My i94 and he works in my paper or forms the he collect our joint,account,insurance,house lease form,we bring pictures but he is not interested to look it up he said enough.
5.But i am wondering how we didn't hear anything until now any one did interview at 11/05/208 gate approval notice?
4.How you guys check I130 status online i do have only receipt NO for I 765 and I-485 how can i check online I -130?

The only reason why I was worried about mine is because I booked a ticket to fly out of the country based on the information USCIS gave me: I did put myself in the position of being desperately waiting for the card, but it was good because I found out that my case was "frozen." Unless you have an urgent need for the card I would advice you not to worry as all of us got it at one time or the other (js360 was pending since 10/30 and he just got his too.)

That is actually good: your IO probably will/has recommend/ed approval
5.But i am wondering how we didn't hear anything until now any one did interview at 11/05/208 gate approval notice? Do not panic: so far everybody has got his/her GC. My case was a bit of a problem because I needed to travel.
4.How you guys check I130 status online i do have only receipt NO for I 765 and I-485 how can i check online I -130? You will have to go to the USCIS page and look for the link... it says "CASE STATUS ONLINE" Just follow that link/instructions....

Thanks for your explanation and answering my question but still i have question for my NO 4 question by given step yes i can check my case online for I-485 and i-765 because i have recipt NO but my question is How can i check i-130 is their specific receipt NO for i-130?

Seattletown: for what I understand you don't have a receipt No. for the I-130? When you applied you should have submitted that form too (which is the form that gives you the right to obtain a visa no. immediately as the spouse of a US citizen.) And when you submit that form you get a receipt, just like for your other forms, with obviously a receipt no. on it. If you have not submitted this form or have not received a NOA about it Iwould call USCIS to find out what's going on... I hope this helps.

I call to USCIS to gate my Recipt number for i-130and i got it when i check my status online it says they send notice by mail but it is undeliverable and the post office back it to USCIS the mail. it was amazing me. when i talk to them by phone they have the same adress just i add my pobox to my address to make it easy for them. i am wondering if my case is pending by this reason it says online if we cant update the address it may create serious problem to process this case but i recive interview appointment and biometric apointment by the same address one thing not clear for me the office for i130 and i485 is the same place or different?

Guys,

I am in the same boat. on 02/10/09 I had this interview, everything went smooth until officer observed that my G-325A was missing from the file. I was asked to submit that at the reception and leave. Officer did not take my Advance Parole or EAD card. Instead she kept my original I-797 (H1-B) and did tear of the I-94 and gave it back to me. Last she said was she has to get the G-325A and review it before approving my GC. Looks like everyone in this thread had similar experience and they all got their GC's approved. I am hope for the best.

Kirkland, I hope you had everything cleared by now.
