Hi,
I have filed my parents GC. They have thier interview scheduled this month. I have questions regarding the india travel.
>> Can they travel the very next day after the interview?
>> If they have to wait for physical Green Card how long?
>> Is it possible they travel and i go later with the card to india and they can travel with me?
>> They do have advance parole. Can they use advance parole to travel and re-enter after the GC interview is over.
>> Do they stamp the passport mentioning the GC case is approved at the time of interview?

Regards
Sagar

If they get a stamp, no need for card upon re-entry. AP document may be used, but if they are approved at the interview, the document may be taken off them.

Takes about 2-3 weeks for the physical GC if you are approved. You can take the GC to them, but if anything goes wrong, it is not a good idea. Wait for the GC, just to be safe. If I-551 is stamped (Rarely done these days), you should be good to go.
