read my signature, that might help but I have been waiting for my GC since Sep. 15, 2003. I move in 2005 to VA, so they moved my file and asked me to show up again for another interview. Now after 4+ years, they're asking me for a third interview.
My case has been pending for FBI Name check and I am just wondering what's going on! Do you think the new administration has something to do with this? Have you heard any of those you know who had a difficult case and just recently they had a good progress on their cases.
In general, it looks like they're asking me to show up with my family and kids, here is what they're asking me to bring:
"the notice, my passport, photo indentification, copies of my federal tax return for the past 3 years (do you think they need the file return or just my W2s), any photos taken before and after marraige (for example: at amusement parks, at the mall, at social gatherings, family gatherings), evidence of trips taken together, receipts from trips, etc. Also, they're asking for joint documentation dating back to our marriage date such as credit cards, joint financial statements, joint legal documents, leases, rental agreements, DMV records showing our addresses, insurance policies, birth certificates of our children together and any other documents."
