GC interview for Mother at Mumbai Consulate

My mother is waiting for an interview date for her final GC interview at Mumbai Consulate. I would appreciate if somebody could send me (or point me) to a complete list of documents that she needs to carry with her for the interview. One specific question I had was - does my mother need to carry another Affidavit of Support with her for the interview?

If someone can share their experience including when, where and how they got their Medical Examinations done, that would help us a lot.

My brother (USC) is sponsoring her GC. Would you recommend him being there in Mumbai with her for the interview. Also,
