GC holder sponsor GC for spouse

Hi,

I am engaged to be married to a GC holder. According to the new rules, I believe that a GC holder can sponsor a GC for thier spouse / fiance. I believe that a GC holder ( permenant resident ) has the same rights as a US citizen esp. on K1, V1 and GC application for thier spouse.

Please advise.

Hmm, i don't think so. V1 is for people who applied prior to 2000, or some other distant date in the past, and have been waiting for more than 3 years. And you don't get K1 visa, and you don't have the same rights when it comes to GC, since you still have to wait for a quota.
