GC Holder Marrying Indian Citizen

Hi all,

I have been engaged since 2008 to indian citizen. I thought when I get my Citizenship I would file for her as dates were moving slow and was behind more then 3.5 years, but now currently dates are moving fast and since few months things are looking promising.

Now, I have heard if you get married in court they get suspicious, and sometimes your case takes longer then usual time period ( could be years ). I do not have time for huge wedding, and I prefer doing court marriage. I have all the communication including emails, chat, pictures and videos of other events which we attended together whenever I went to india. I have also visited her twice in a year and have phone bills since mid 2008 which would show every day conversation.

I have got my green card through my father under employment based GC as I was under 21 and his dependent.

Q: Is it ok to show court marriage?

Q: Do you think my case would be suspicious based on court marriage and not doing huge wedding?
 
A huge wedding is not necessary, but having at least a few family members or friends present would help.

If you have a court wedding, make up for it with the other evidence.
 
I got married at noon, at the city clerk's office, in the small border town of Watertown, NY on a Thursday with a grand total of 11 people, including the bride and groom :)
It is qualitative, not quantitative :)

Can you please tell me what evidence should I have? I want to file ASAP as dates are moving fast. I will be USC in 2012.

and if anyone know about the court process in india? In india there are numbers of diff process and I am not sure which would work in my case
