I married my husband last year when I was awaiting 485 approval and he was and still is on H-1. We did not apply for AOS for him due to financial hardship we were facing at that time. My GC got approved last month and we would like to file for him ASAP. Since he is already in the US, can we do the 'follow to join' at all or should we file from scratch as a sponsorship of a family member. Any information on this will be of immense help. Also please let us know what forms we would need to file and when he can apply for EAD.
