My scenario is given below.
I came to the US in 1999 but lived in Canada as PR card holder for part of the year of 2003 and from April 2004 to Nov 2007( Since then I am living in the US). But I was always working in the US and when lived in Canada I used commute.
On the I134 application there is a question,
".... have resided in the United States since ( date)_______________.
What date I should put?
