GC holder can Apply for husbad?

I am GC holder. I need a right answer for my question, as i cant pay lawyer :)

I wanted to apply (I -130) for my husband. But still now I am GC holder, I need almost 1 year for my citizenship.

so when should apply? now or after my citizenship? what is the most faster way?

If i go with GC then is that speed up the precess or more delay?

What is the best option for me ?

I would wait until after citizenship. Applying now will not result in any benefit before you bwecome a citizen, so you might as well simply apply afterwards when your application will be fast-tracked. This will be simpler than having CIS change the status of the existing I-130.

Of course. Anytime you ask CIS to do anything out of the ordinary, you risk they make a mistake. Filing an I-130 now buys you nothing.
 
My sister married in 2007, She already filled for her husband. But I decided I will not fill now as I am going to citizen next year. I think I taken right decision. thanks for all the answer!
