I got my passport stamped 3 months back and till now haven\'t received my actual plastic card. Tomorrow I am moving to a new apartment and when I called INS to update my address on friday they told me that some thing happened to my case on Dec 14 (Friday), the day when I talked to an IIO to update my address. The address has been updated..
Being curious, the same evening I called calif service center and found that the message has been changed to..
"PROCESSING FOR ALIEN REGISTRATION PROCESS OR GREEN CARD PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED. YOUR INS DOCUMENT WILL BE MAILED AS SOON AS IT IS READY\'
What does it mean? when will I receive the card?
I am planning not to inform the post office about my move so that I can request the apt management or the new tenant..Is it a right move??
I already updated my new address at INS so, where will they mail the card??
so many questions so little time..
