I applied for my wife's I 485 as a derivative applicant, and as we were to go through a divorce for some misconceptions, I did inform USCIS about It, but later on we did reconcile and withdrew the case and staying together since 10 months. now, when we applied for renewal of I 765 we got a denial notice stating that the I 485 is also denied and has been sent to my previous employer, which we didn't recieve yet.But, Since we didn't go through the divorce, how can we go forward about informing this to USCIS and get I 485 approved for my wife?
