Dears All,

Many blessing for your kind assistance, I would like to share the particulars of my interview, whereas I got discomfited coz there are two families in front of me their interviews possessed duration of around 1,5 to 2 hours for each family, whereas my interview took only 6 minutes I do not know why, even they did not beg me for any important things or even small details such as my birth or wedding etc..., really I got lost, and I do not understand if it's diplomatically rejected or it's going to be declined,

Here is the interview in details,

Consulate:- Mr.xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx?
Me:- yes.

Consulate:- Do you swear that all informationts given here are correct?
I: Yes I do.

Consulate:- so you are doing Ph.D?
I: yes I am doing Ph.D in Structural Engineering.

Consulate:- what's your present work?
I: I am Chief Structural Engineer in xxxxxxx consultants).

Consulate:- Great.

Consulate to my wife:- so, you are British.
My wife:- yes, but Sudanese origins, but I am permanent resident through my British Passport.

Consulate:- and your kids have British passports did they come here directly from United kingdom?
I: No they arrived to here from Sudan.

Consulate:- okay thank you,

Then he gave me report including this paragraph '' your case needs further review under section 221(g).

consulate: how do you prefer us to contact you?
I: through e-mail if you nevermind.
Consulate:- okay, this is good.

I: how long do the Administrative processes usually takes?
Consulate:- not long,
I: Thanks, have a nice day.

You know even they did not ask for my work experience certificates or my wife's education certificates , that why I got lost, and I do not know what's the case now,

* note that at DS-230 forms I clearly indicated that my family are Dual Nationalities.

* all my documents are complete and my affidavit is lecturer at Georgia Medcine Collage with excellent bank account xxx,000 $.

Moreover, when I checked, the said Section 221(g), I found Bad info and good info, whereas this form means that this office rejected the issuance of Visa, and they will send the file to Kentucky center to re-study they case then Kentucky center may issue the visa or send the form to USCIS committee to decide whether they will issue the visa under their responsibility, or they may deny the visa '' Normally this process takes around 100 days).

So, does anyone got this case before - and what do you think the reason could be, and what is the regular outcome in this cases?.

with kind regards

I have done my interview yesterday and the very exact thing happened to me. It was a short interview and gave me the same report and in it , said my case needs further processing.

Me too DV 2009 winner & Sudanese also in same time, but I have done my interview last November 16, 2008 at Abu Dhabi Embassy, Why I am sharing with you (Alsafier & Ahmad4421) this post? Just to congratulate you in advance as you became LPR, yes it’s true, since you have passed successful interview, don’t look to the questions has been asked during the interview, since you have correct complete documents, there must be some short conversation about one of your things (Marriage, Education, Work, or simply why you want to migrate to USA?) It’s an interview and there should be some (chat) even about sport or music if nothing is there to be said or asked, Isn’t correct? Now let us agree finally you will be getting the visa, but how much patient you will be with the waiting period of Administrative Processing? Just look to my signature and you will come to know how much I was …………..

Time is the problem i guess

the main problem is we do not no if this processing takes place in USA or in our Countries of origin , and if this review is gona be done in our Countries that means it should take verrrrry loooooong time, because in our Third World countries if you wanna check any info related with your self by your self you will face diffecults.

even if you went by your self to stamp or certify document related to yourself you will be going and coming, going and coming etc... from window to window may be for seven days, so how will be the case if someone is trying to find or certify info that not related to him self??, I think he will be lucky if he could find what he is looking for regardless of how long he will spend,

even in our Third World's Countries as long as they are not forced to reply and finalize pending subject then the the time for them means NOTHING.

they always have the WISE of ( if the Thing could be done TOMORROW , why we DO it TODAY??)

this is why I beleive that the processing is performed in our Origin Countries

kind regards

Yes just the case no.
Yes I do, they tell u if ur case is still pendening, at list u have good feeling that the embassy send ur paper not put it on the roof.
call them between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (local time)
try to ask them about the cause of ur AP, and share us
thank u...

Okay my friend I will do, and I will share you, hopefully the have sent it and not kept it in garbage trash, however, I am still completely beleive that the delay is Not coming from their side, the Name clearance would not take time more that the Background Check and Documents check ( birth certificate, Education, Marraige , etc... ) as you know it's something related to our Countries ((THIS IS OUR MAIN PROBLEM)).

hello my friend, thanks for your answer

I contacted them, but they told my that I have to wait some time coz they still have many cases before me....

so I am still keep praying to GOD to finalize this subject
