GC from Future Employer

Hi,
Iam going to wait for RFE. if i get an RFE, iam just going to send my current employment letter, recent pay stubs and my last two years tax returns. According to the lawyers i consulted, if this information is without any problems then there is no problem in getting an approval.

Thank you for your information. I consulted Mr. Khanna, he said the same: GC is based on a future job offer, whether you ever worked for the sponsoring company or not is irrelevant. :)
