If a us Citizen applies for a GC for their spouse who has had a F1 visa denied a couple of years ago, does the denial have any bearing on the GC application?
Probably not, but I suppose it might depend on the reason for the earlier denial. If it was because the person could not demonstrate a strong enough non-immigrant intent, it would seem likely this wouldn't be an issue for a GC applicant...
Anyway, most things are forgiven by USCIS when someone marries a USC.
Unless the denial was due to having found the wife inadmissable due to medical/security/criminal reasons, the F-1 denial should have no bearing on her GC.
