brb2 has the best suggestion because the full answer depends on whether you will be going the I-485 or consular processing route.
To kick things off you'll need to submit an I-130 along with your birth certificate showing the parent's name and a copy of either your natz certificate or your passport.
You'll also need to complete an affidavit of support and various other documents along the way. Details are too complicated to include here.
In case you didn't know, this is considered a fraud. Your parents cannot come into US with an immigration intent with visitors visa. There is a possiblity that your parents might get into a trouble during adjustment interview if you choose this route.
