Hello All,
Now that i got ur attention :)
I have a question, that might sound dump, but it won’t heart to ask!

I have lived in the US for 11 years under F-1 visa status “college through grad school” , during that time I got married to a Non-US citizen and later had 2 wonderful kids. and because they were born in the US they got the American citizenship.

Now,we no longer live in the US since I have accepted a job offer in the mid east, after 2 years , I realized that It will not pay off, schools are very expensive and living cost are way too high;and going back home will not do any good either. Anyways I am thinking of returning back to the US but I need to stay in a legal terms ” I have a visitor visa on my passport” in order for me to secure a good job and raise the family in good atmos., so my question is, can I apply for a green card based on the facts that my kids are American, if not, is there anyway that I can benefit from this situation? or I just have to wait until they are 18!!! BTW my kids are 6 and 4.

Thanks
