GC for parents, bro's family

Hi,
I am getting my US citizenship in the coming months. I want to know about filing GC for my parents, brother, brother's wife.

1) I assume i could file for my parents, which could be faster. Then my parents could apply for my brother.
Q) Will my parents have to get citizenship to apply for my brother, or can they apply it after getting their GC?
Q) My brother is married, and their kids are born US citizens. When my parents apply for my brother's GC, can they apply for his wife too? Would this be quick too?

2) If I am applying for my brother, would I be able to apply for him and his wife?

I know there are too many questions. Kindly let me know a reply with your valuable recommendations, answers..

thank you

Your parents will be Immediate Relatives of a USC and the Immigrant Visa is legally "immediately available" although there is a processing delay.

LPR's cannot petition for a married child. Your parent (the first one is enough) would have to become a USC in order to petition for your brother and his spouse (and any unmarried children under 21). So, add it up: time until you natz + time for parents to immigrate + time for parents to natz + time for brother's priority date to become current = .5 yr + 1 yr + 5 yr + 11 years = 16.5 or more years for parents to immigrate your brother and his family.

USC files for brother (and his family) = ~ 11 or so years. (Some countries have a longer wait.)

Google for "Visa Bulletin" and read up on the family based preference categories and how it works.
