I am thinking of applying of GC of my parents.

Under which category do they fall and how long does it take these days.
Brother and sisters are Category 4.

Which are forms for either ones parents and brothers? Do one has to show financial capability at the time of applying/sponsorship and what is the minimum $ amount per person and how to show it via tax returns?

Parents are immediate relatives and do not come under a quota.

You file form I-130 first to establish relationship between you and your parents. Each parent needs a separate I-130. Fees are $420 for each application. Supporting documents are required to be submitted (primarily your birth certificate showing your name and your parents names on it and proof of your US citizenship - copy of US passport or certificate of Naturalization). If you wish for your parents to receive an immigrant visa in their home country, you indicate so on form I-130. Once it is approved, the case will be sent to National Visa Center NVC which will instruct your parents to file DS-230, pay fees and instruct you to file an affidavit of support form I-864. Please read instructions for I-130 and I-864 and also read I-864P which has the income requirements for the sponsor (you). Your parents will be required to appear for an interview at a US consulate in their country.

Regarding your siblings, they each need a seperate I-130 also. They do have to wait years (10 or more) for a visa to become available. Being Family Based 4th preference they get to bring their spouses and any unmarried children under 21 years old with them.

You will have to file an I-864 for each sibling and copies for each of their dependents.

You will have to show enough income to support ALL sponsored immigrant plus yourself and your dependents. Hopefully by the time you sponsor each sibling, your parents will no longer be part of that mix if they naturalize or work for 10 years or get deported, move back or (least pleasant prospect---pass away). You will be financially responsible for every sponsored immigrant until one of those things happen.
