GC For Mother- No Receipt Date Yet

I am applying GC for my mother. She is came here in May on visitor visa. I have sent in all the paperwork on July 23rd to the chicago lockbox (1-130, I-485, Medical, G-325A, I-864, I-131). It was received next day. I still have not received any receipt date. Checks are not cashed yet either. Any idea how long it takes before we get the receipt date?
Also since I have applied for Advance Parole, any idea how long will that take to to get approved?

1 Month usually to get the receipts.
2-3 Months to get the approved AP.
