Can I apply for GC for my mother in India? I have a GC in US. How long does it take?

Her real brother is in US also and is a citizen. Do you think it is better for him to apply or me? which process will be faster?

You cannot apply until you become a citizen.

FB4-India takes 11 years for a visa to become available. It is quicker for her to wait until you become a citizen and apply for her.
