GC for L1 and L2 visa

Hi,

I am on L2 Visa and my company is ready to process my GC. Is there any rule that if L2 visa holder processes GC then the corresponding L1 visa holder cannot process GC.
I mean, is it a rule that either L1 or L2 visa holder can only process GC or both can process GC from their respective employers ?

Here are the potential scenario.

1. L1 files GC and L2 be dependent applicant of L1's GC.
2. L1 files GC and L2 files GC.. 2 separate filing..
3. L2 files GC and L1 be dependent applicant of L2's GC.

any of these is possible.
