My fiancee is US citizen by birth but I am from another nationality, my fiancee has born children for 2 different men before I met her but she didn't do any formal marriage registered with both of them but we are planning to do our marriage registered in my country Africa. My own case is that I have 3 kids from a single woman in my country without doing any formal marriage registered but sometimes last year I applied to US embassy in my country together with my son for medical visa but we were denied and during the time am filling my DS-160 I filled married and put name of mother of my children as wife based on this can my immigrant visa be granted if I applied? Any useful information will. be highly appropriated. Thanks
