GC for Brother

my elder sis got their GC last year may be feb......and second sis got in feb 2005
both got married
is there any chance that she can sponser GC to either me or my parents

and i got my H1 and leaving in 2 months

Green Card holders cannot sponsor GCs for parents or brothers. Only US Citizens can sponsor GC for parents/brothers/sisters. It would take another 5 years for your sisters to be eligible to apply for their citizenship, from the date they got their GCs. On becoming a USC they can then apply for GC for parents/bro/sis based on family based immigration. For parents, they may be able to get GC within a few months of application but for bros/sis the current waiting queue is something like 15 years.

Its really depend on which part of US you live. Usally it takes between 4 months to 1.5years.

You don't have to wait to apply for GC. But on what bases are trying to apply. On employment bases or something else?? You will need some body to sponsor you.
You don't have to stay in US for 5 yrs.
