I married my husband April 2013. We have been living together 8 years before that, and we have 7 year old daughter together, whom is USC. I have DV based GC, and in August 2014 I will be able to file for citizenship. My husband entered country in 2000 with tourist visa, and overstayed since. Can I file I-130 now, or should I wait, til I get my citizenship? Thank you very much!
