GC Filled from Pittsburgh

I Filled my GC (RIR) from Pittusburgh in July 2004. Currently I am waiting for DOL to process my application.

Could you please let me know how long will it take to approve my federal labor. I know currently Philadelphia Regional Processing Jul. 2003 Applications

be patient. you only wait for 7 month......I have been waiting for 50 months and still waiting...luckily they could clear my case in 6-12 months...also a lot cases filed in 2001 2002 2003 are long waiting in new BRC, so calculate by yourself.

Just to be clear

Your green card is not filed, you have filed LABOR, you are 3 stages from filing I485 (green card application)

It is a loooooooooooong road my friend. Check back after a few years.

He created this thread even though there is another one for his question and has just casually started another thread. If I am an emplyer, I don't even want to hire people like this.
