Hey Guys, I am getting married and my fiancee is a green card holder. I am on H1 , does any body know how that works, how long it takes or how long before I can start another job ( do I file 485 directly if married?

I think that you have to maintain your own status here on your own. She can file papers for you which will take 5 years. In that duration you are on your own.
If there is a clause that a GC holder can have a dependent like H4, then it will help me, too.
