GC filing by company working for past 10 years

I'm on H-1, currently working for a company for the past 10 years in the Manager position. They are willing to file my GC but they are suggesting me not to show the 10 years experience of my work with them. And I feel it's not the correct approach because USCIS might question what I have been doing for the last 10 years. Please suggest best option that my company should take for my GC processing as they are planning to sponsor me with the same manager position that I'm currently working as.

Allow your employer and or its legal team decide actual content of AD. Anyway you are not suppose to be part of it.
