GC based on Marriage

Hello Guru's,

Valid H1B till 2009 married to USC and got GC.I also have AP to travel outside US and EAD.

I have following questions,

a) Reading couple of threads from this site I figured out that H1B, AP and EAD will beacme invalid after GC. Is it right?.

b) Planning to travel mid of June to India with my wife for a month. Do I need re-entry permit? When Do I need re-entry permit?.

c) What is process to get temporary visit visa to USA for my Parents?.What is the complication getting Visitor's visa for my parents?

d) Can I work for any employer? Do I have to inform or maintain any relation with my current employer after GC?.Any drawbacks?

c) they apply for a non-immigrant visa at the US consulate
