Finally got my case approved yesterday (AVM)

My Data:

EB3 (Ukraine), LIN 01-105
RD 02/01
FP 03/01
RFE (Work authorization in US) 01/25/02
AD 02/14/02

congrats....question about I-140

Could you please tell us if your I-140 was approved for CP.
Anyway it would be nice if you can write here the matter you see on your I-140 approval notice. Because I didnt opt for CP in I-140, I dont know if my attorney opted that without my knowledge...however i read like this on I-140 approval notice

"The above petition has been approved. We have sent it to the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC), 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909. NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular processing. It will also determine which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. The NVC will then forward the approved petition to that consulate"....etc etc...

Could you please write down what does yours say...i appreciate your help.
 
I140 was approved for AOS

I never saw my approval notice, but when I was checking it we selected
AOS, no CP because my wife has a different consular post for CP
