Today i got the magic email that my 485 is approved.
My wife's also approved..
last week when i called the customer service and Immigration officer told me that no visas available and i need to wait until October according to my labour
and also she said no visa number was attached to my case even though i did my FP in June.. my wife did her FP last week and we got the magic emails...

PD :Feb 2003, Approval Apr 2003
Filed 140 and 485 concurrently at Vermont, case moved to TSC on Mar 2,2007
I-140: RD Dec 29,2003 AD: Feb 2005 (after an RFE)
Used AC-21 in Nov 2005 (changed employer)
I-485 : RD Dec 29 2003 AD: 08/13/2007 (I got an RFE on I-94 in 2005)

Applied Four times EAD (all approved)
Applied four times AP (All approved)

Did FP on Jun 29,2007, LUD on 07/02/2007 and again 07/10/2007 with message like "Document mailed.. wait for 30 days to receive"..
Actually the same message is repeated three times..
first on May 16th, second on jun 20th and again on July 10th..
Every time i call to customer service, they told me its a computer glitch
and told that my case is in final queue and "just pending" and officer didn't told me when would my case will be approved

Wife's LUD on 07/18 and received FP notice on 08/04 and she did her
FP on 08/09.. and LUD change on 08/10

Got approval emails today morning

Please pardon my ignorance, but have a question -
People talk about FP1, FP2, etc. Does an applicant need two (or more) FPs?
