Congrats. Your PD and mine are absolutely the same. So this gives me some hope. Yet you deserve it for having waited from 2000....that mustve required some patience. Anyways enjoy the card and hopefull I should be hearing soemthing soon unless I am stuck in the dreaded name check black hole that you managed to escape from.... :)

congrats, any idea when ur namecheck got cleared?
 
I do not know whether USCIS initiated any name check on my case. Neither my lawyer or I received any communication regrading this .
