I am extremely happy to inform that my I140/485 has been approved :) :) :)

I have been waiting for 5 years for this day. The wait has been painful but in the end it seems worth the wait.

I would like to thank everyone in this forum for your invaluable help.

No emails from INS. Lawyer received the Original Approval letters and I received a courtesy copy in a week.

No change to LUD for either I140/I485 on INS site.

I got my passport stamped today. Waiting for the physical card now.

Thanks Got GC. Same thing with me also. I got both approval notices by mail and i did my passport stamp waiting for the Real Card. Looks like there is some problem with INS site.
 
How did you company handle Ability to pay issue. Did they make profits or were their assets greater?

Hi 140_485,

I work for a big corp with no layoffs at all. So getting the RFE for Ability to Pay was surprising. The lawyers handled it by sending some more company documents.

It seemed to have worked because I got the approvals within a week of the documents being received.
