COngrats !!! Thanks for the update . Well it really shows that for EB3 retro cases NSC is going via PD .

NSC I-140 approved

My 140 approved one week back and I got finger prints notice for my daughter (7 years old). Is it required for kids. We gave (me and wife) first finger prints last June. No Second Finger prints for me and my wife.
Thanks,

Not Really. I know lots of people including myself with PD of 2001 still hanging. It is combination of both PD & Processing Date. For any case to be processed - ideally both have to be beyond the posted date.

But NSC is generally few months ahead of posted Processing date and then each individual officer depending upon his speed is processing different month. I believe once you are assigned to a specific officer u are stuck with him/her (in majority of the cases) - meaning they have their personal queues and do not work of a single queue. - That is the impression I got from my lawyer.....
plus above all it is a matter of how lucky you could get with NSC.....

Congratulation. You should thank God for clearing 485. We are all gearing up for more retrogression and more uncertainty.
