GC Approved. Should still file AC21?

GC finally approved. 485 filed on Dec. 2003. Stuck by name check. Cleared on Apr. 2006. Approved on Dec. 2006.

I changed job 2 weeks before the GC approval. I already filed one AC21 2 years ago. Should I file another AC21 for this job? My attorney suggest me to do so to avoid potential problem when file for citizen.

Congratulations...
Some posts suggest, remain in the same & similar classification at lease for six month after approval of GC. There is no harm to send papers of AC21 and keep record.

I'd just keep evidence of the job duties and the fact that you switched prior to approval, and keep that for down the road if USCIS asks during natz.

Transferring employers via AC21 for substitute labor filing

I used a substitute labor to file for my 140,485. While my 140 was approved in 2003, my 485 is still pending.
I am now considering using AC21 and transfer to another employer but would like to know if the employer can hurt my GC application or if unnecessary issues may arise later with INS.
1 - Is it true that my current employer can withdraw the 140, even though I have an approved 140 ?
2 - If the 140 is withdrawn, is my 485 adjustment in jeapordy ?

Does any one have experience with this ?

Thanks,
Nakul
