Called IIO yesterday and AVM says it\'s approved on Feb,22nd.
   Details:-

   PD:- June/96 (yes, this is true....!!!!!)
   ND:- Aug,8/99
   FP:- July,1/99
   RFE:- Dec,22/00 . Rquested pay stub of past 3 months and employment letter
   Replied:- Jan,30/01
   Approved:- Feb,22nd
Waiting for the letter..

My employer deals with the lawyer directly and he did\'nt tell me about the Rfe for along time

I talked to IIO just now and she told me my case has been approved on February 2oth Feb.
My details as follows:
PD 04/97.
EB3. India.
I-485 ND 09/23/99.
RFE 01/29/01.
RFE replied 02/09/01.
RFE recieved 02/13/01.
Approved 02/10/01.
Waiting for the approval notice.

Congrats man. Even though my case PD 6/98, ND 2/00 has long way to go, I see things moving at VSC with bunch of FPs and approvals of 485s. This keeps the hopes alive for people like me. Thanks for posting the details and good luck.

Thanks. I did not check back. But IIO told me it would take sometime for the AVM to get updated. I am waiting for my notice and I informed my lawyer about it.
