I just heard on AVM the green cards for me, my wife and son have been appoved on 10/11/01. We opted for consular processing in 140 but decided to go thru the AOS process.
I would like to thank every one on this wonderful forum for sharing the information from time to time. Millions of thanks to Mr Khanna for maintaining this great board.

I really need some info from you

My I-140 approved for CP (with out my knowldge),.But my company applied I-485. Should we need to do anything ? like informing the NVC about this. Please post your experience.

No action is needed at all. Applying 485 would take care by itself. Bunch of others like me are on the same boat.

You do not need to any thing. (I talked to IIO yesterday and she said they would take care of it. I also talked to NVC and was told the same thing. )
