GC Approved for me & my son, but not for the husband

Hi,

Mine & my son's cases has been approved 09/30/04 approved, my husband's case still has old message

I485 EB2
RD 09/18/02
ND 10/18/02
1-st FP 11/22/02
2-d FP 08/10/04
3-d EAD approved 08/23/04 (second FP expired 09/23/04)
No RFE

Is it possible that his case will be approved by another officer?
I called to Nebraska and had a stupid general answer that they are doing February 2002 cases and we need to wait few more month

I sent e-mail to my attorney, she said that probably he is under secury clearance still
My answer is - no, because I had a message to my home e-mail after our 2-d FP was done
Gury's - any idea?????

Congrats for your and son's approval.

It does happen where applicant and dependent are approved at separate times. Your attorney is probably right. It could be his name check is not complete or something of that nature. Remeber USCIS does more than just FP check. You can search this forums for such trackers. Wait for a month or so, and if still he is not approved you can approach senator.

I received approval notice in mail

But until husband is approved we cannot go ahead and stamp- or celebrate

oh this ins!!!
