Things happen when you least expect them to. We have been through a long wait of 6 years of H1 to GC agony (hard even to express it).

Anyhow, like I said, the loooooong.... wait is finally over. Our EAC-02-059-xxxxx, RD 11/08 was finally approved on 11/24/2003.

From one line to another ... now we will be awaiting the plastic card.

Use the Vermont phone number in your 485 receipt to check the status of your case. Call that number after hours - probably after 10PM. Its an automated system and will give your case status.

It seems the online system hasn't been updated since 3/20. No new approvals, RFE or transfers. Could be they are not updating the system.
