hi all,
finally the impossible has happened! I got my 485 approval email today.
My details are as follows -
RD - Sep/2002
2nd FP - March 2004
NSC
Approval - July 19, 2004
No RFE
I am grateful to all the members of this forum for making this forum such a useful place where one could get and exchange information/exasperation/disappointment and triumphs. this has been a truely remarkable fellowship. I will continue to visit this forum since I do not know of any other place where one can get so much info!!
One thing is sure - the lawsuit is definitely acting as a catalyst speeding up the process. I was not expecting the approval for months (the status for NSC still shows Feb 01). All the best to all of you out there. Hang on !!
