Does anybody know if I can work in california and apply GC in another state? I have been waiting for my LC for over 2 years, and lost my hope for California. I find another company who can support GC and need me to work in their California office, but they also has an office in IOWA. I know it is OK to apply LC when I work in California. How about I-140 and I-485? Any input will be appreciated.
