GC application

Hi, Im Leka from Kosovo, I want to apply for greencard so that I can have a permanent residency in America. However, I have no relatives nor family there. Am I eligible? If so what steps do I need to take to apply for GC?

You need to have either close relatives who are US citizens OR have a permament employment offer from an employer.

You have several options:
- secure an employment offer from an US employer and apply for H1b visa
- enter the GC lottery each year if you feel you have the luck
- marry an USC or GC holder
