GC Application&H1 Visa stamping

My 1-130,485 are pending.My H1 B Visa is expiring in Jan2004 and intending to send for St.Louis.My new H1B approval is up to May 2006.
In form DS 156,there are columns asking for
1)Field 36-Has any body ever applied for immigratnt visa.
(I guess we need to answer yes and give details.Then
2)Field 26- How long do you intend to stay in US.
(Is it as per New H1 B approval ,ie. may 2006?)
3)if we answer above ,are we inviting any problems from DOS,
as H1B intention is Non.immigrant nature.
Any thoughts and beleive some might have been in the same situation and applied/got for Revalidation at SL.
Any input on this please.

---- Are you sure it is I-130 or I-140?

---- Your I-485 is filed it means your I-140 was approved or pending, I-140 is the immigration petition you should write YES
(I guess we need to answer yes and give details.Then
2)Field 26- How long do you intend to stay in US.

(Is it as per New H1 B approval ,ie. may 2006?)
--- Correct write the expiry date from H1b approval notice
3)if we answer above ,are we inviting any problems from DOS,
as H1B intention is Non.immigrant nature.
---- No problems as H1B, H4, O1, O2 all have dual intent
