Hi folks,
I have reading through the forms and steps involved in applying for GC for Parents. I am planning to start the GC process for my mother, should all the forms be sent at once or can they filed one after the other.
For example: The GC process requires to file
I-130,I-485,I-864,I-131,I-765
Can i file the I-130 first then on approval go for I-485 and the other forms.
