GC application before H1 Stamp

Hi,

I have a friend who has been approved for H1B. He is planning to get the stamp in a year or two when he goes to India. He wants to apply for GC in the meantime. Would he face any problems when he goes to get the stamp for H1B because he has already applied for GC???

No problem. make sure your friend checks the Q about is immigrant visa is being processed... H1 is dual intent visa. h1 to Gc is a logical and legal progression.
