I just got my Green card. Planning to go to my home country for vacation now.
Can I go now? I heard that If I go abroad within 6 months of getting GC, I might have problems later during naturalization

You must be thinking of cases where people leave the US shortly after getting the GC, then stay away for a number of months. When they apply for citizenship, the officer may determine that they didn't begin continuous US residence until after they returned from the long trip.
A typical vacation of 1 to 4 weeks should not cause any such trouble. And even if the trip is longer than that, the only real trouble is delaying naturalization eligibility for a bit (unless the trip is VERY long to the extent that it even jeopardizes the green card).
